The Boardroom –This private waterfront room is perfect for that important meeting and boasts a range of audiovisual facilities. Suitable for up to 12 delegates.

The Conference Centre – Catering for up to 180 people, The Conference Centre offers a theatre-style space with waterfront views and streaming natural light.

The Beach Pavilion – Located on the beachfront, this purpose-built marquee is a stunning venue for larger functions of up to 300 people and can be divided for trade displays.

Outdoor Venues

The Convention Lawn – Overlooking the lagoon, this beautiful green space is ideal for memorable cocktail parties, break-out sessions or small group activities.

Blue Gum Point – Part of The Beach Pavilion, this open lawn and private beach area offers a unique space for team building and themed lunch and dinner events.

The Mango Chapel – Enjoy the distinct Queensland vibe and rustic feel of The Mango Chapel, a natural amphitheatre surrounded by large mango trees. The altar/stage is constructed from local timber.

Eco Venues

Mango and Melaleuca Villas – The two-level villas are located in the Marine Resort and can cater for up to 25 people, and also feature small meeting rooms and break-out areas.

Namatjira Rooms – If you’re looking for a very Australian feel for your next event, this eco-cabin offers an authentic and special experience for guests. Set in a private pocket of the resort, with wrap-around screened verandahs, this unique venue caters for up to 35 people.
