The ‘Toby’s Restaurant Summer Menu’ promotion commences on 10/12/2017 at 5:00pm AWST, and closes at 11:59pm AWST on the 17/12/2017 with 1 winner announced. The promotion is open to residents of Australia only. *WIN DINNER FOR TWO: The winner will receive dinner for two at Toby’s Restaurant and Bar to the value of $120. To enter the competition, eligible entrants must, 1. Like the Toby’s Restaurant and Bar Facebook page, 2.Tag who you would like to take to dinner in the comments below. Each participant may submit a maximum of three entries in the competition.  All entries become the property of the Promoter. Account used to enter the competition must be kept on the public setting at the date and time of judging. The entries will be judged at random. The winner of the competition will be notified on Toby’s Restaurant and Bar Facebook page. The winner of the prize will be published on 19/12/2017. Winners will assume responsibility for all taxes, licensing and/or duty. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prize is subject to availability. Prize must be redeemed with 12 months of the prize draw. Voucher must be used in one transaction. Answer the weekly question as creatively as possible by commenting directly on the question post and within the timeframe specified on the Instagram or Facebook page. 2. They must like/follow the required Facebook or Instagram pages. Only one correct entry per person, per weekly draw will be accepted. All correct entries will be collected and one winner will be selected weekly at random. Each winner will receive thirty thousand (30,000) Wyndham Rewards Points. The “Wyndham Wyzdom” promotion commences on the 21/11/2017 at 9.00am AEST, and closes at 11.59pm  AEST on the 21/12/2017 with 1 winner announced each week on the dates outlined in the Prize Draw table below. The promotion is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and South Korea only. The winner must be a Wyndham Rewards member to claim the prize. If the winner is not a Wyndham Rewards member they will be required to join Wyndham Rewards for free at www.WyndhamRewards.com/join. Once the winner is a member, the points will be allocated to their account within 4 weeks. Holiday & Save Reward Terms & Conditions

*This reward is only available to customers who have attended and completed a Vacation Ownership sales presentation and received a unique activation code at a sales site. Information on how to redeem the Holiday & Save reward is available upon download of the Holiday & Save App or via the desktop website www.wyndhamholidayandsave.com. Once your Holiday & Save account is activated, you have 12 months of use from the date of your sales presentation.

1. All Packages and Resorts listed are subject to the following (full terms are listed on the Package booking page):
• Availability;
• Minimum night stays, depending on Resort;
• Blackout dates and include: New Year’s Eve;
• Seasonal surcharges.
2. Not valid for group bookings.
3. All rates are in AUD unless otherwise stated.
4. Limited room types available.
5. Only available for new bookings and cannot be combined with any other offer, other rates or coupons.
6. Additional charges may apply for extra people, room upgrades and extra nights.
7. Additional food, beverages or services are not included in these packages (unless specified under package inclusions).
8. For packages where vouchers and/or discounted tickets are offered, the full package price consists of the total cost of accommodation PLUS the full cost of tickets and/or vouchers as issued to you
(this cost is available to you upon request at the time of booking).
9. Bookings should be made online only by clicking on the booking link provided in each package.
10. In the event of a discrepancy between the package values published in the Holiday & Save App or website and the Hotel website, the current package rates on the Hotel website will prevail.
11. All packages may have different cancellation policies depending upon the Resort. Please view the specific Resort Terms and Conditions when making the booking.
12. No refund available for any unused package inclusions.
