Wyndham Melbourne Construction Update

The cranes have come down at the Wyndham on William building site revealing the sleek and modern architectural design.

Located in the heart of Melbourne’s business precinct, Wyndham on William has been transformed from a neglected office building, built in 1966, into a vibrant apartment building by local architect, Bruce Henderson Architects.

The hotel will feature a number of impressive environmental initiatives in line with our Wyndham Green program and is expected to have a 7-star energy rating on completion.

The building is a 531-apartment complex across two towers, consisting of 86 WorldMark South Pacific Club rooms. A sophisticated design will be seen throughout the property, with the Grand apartments boasting added luxuries including a built-in fireplace, wine fridge and impressive outdoor lounge and dining areas.

The hotel will also feature a restaurant and bar, rooftop pool and BBQ area, library, gym, meeting rooms and retail precinct.

The resort is currently on track for the first of the rooms to be transferred into the Club before the end of the year.
