Using Vacation Credits is Easy

Vacation Credits are the currency of WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham. As a WorldMark South Pacific Club Owner, you acquire a specific number of Vacation Credits that give you flexibility to holiday at any Club resort, depending on the number of Credits you have and resort availability. You can use your Credits every year for memory-making holidays and/or share your Credits as a gift for family, friends and business associates.

The Club’s Vacation Credit system works much like a traditional bank account. When you become an Owner, Credits are deposited into your personal WorldMark South Pacific Club account, ready for immediate use. When you make reservations, the number of Credits needed for that particular reservation are automatically withdrawn. Every year on your Anniversary Date of Ownership, your account is again credited with the full number of Vacation Credits you own (unless you have borrowed from your next year’s account). You can always check your current Credit ‘balance’ on the Club’s website or via telephone.

For Premier Owners, you can save some or all of your Credits for one year to extend your holiday time the following year. All unused Credits are automatically carried over for use in the following year, and expire at the end of that year, unless you have an accepted reservation in accordance with the Guidelines and Regulations in respect of those Credits before then. Also, you can borrow some or all of your Credits from the upcoming year to extend your holiday time in the current year, as long as you have paid the annual levy for the upcoming year. With potentially three years of Premier Owner Vacation Credits available, you could travel for an extended holiday or take several holidays within Australia and the South Pacific. The choice is yours!

When planning your holidays, it is important to remember that the number of Vacation Credits required to book a particular resort will be determined by four factors – resort location, time of year, room type and day of the week. Here is an example using WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Coffs Harbour – Terraces:

Tips to Remember

• Vacation Credits are deducted from your account at the time of booking your holiday
• Vacation Credits have a lifespan of two years. After this period, any remaining Vacation Credits will expire on the last day of the month in which your Anniversary Date* falls
• Each year, on your Anniversary Date* your WorldMark South Pacific Club account is refreshed with the full number of Credits you own (unless you have borrowed from your following year’s allotment)
• WorldMark Premier Owners can choose to borrow Credits from the upcoming year to increase holiday options in the current year, as long as the annual levy for the upcoming year is paid in full.

*Your Anniversary Date falls on the first day of the month, one year following the month in which your Vacation Credits were first issued when you joined the WorldMark South Pacific Club (occurs on the same day each year). Every year on your Anniversary Date of WorldMark Ownership, your account is again credited with the full number of Vacation Credits you own (unless you have borrowed from your following year’s allotment).
