From 1 September 2016 payments made by credit card for any charges incurred during your stay at a WorldMark South Pacific Club resort will incur a Credit Card Service Fee of 0.9% in addition to the total amount payable. 

 

Charges incurred during your stay at Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Denarau Island will incur at Credit Card Service Fee of 3.0% in addition to the total amount payable.

 

Pets are not allowed at any Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific, WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham or Associate property except in the case of hearing, mobility or vision-impaired guests. Please advise at time of booking if this applies.

 

Wi-Fi is available at most resorts however it may incur additional charges. We recommend contacting the individual resort reception to find out more.

 

Does your reservation include an apartment move during your stay? The following guidelines apply:

  • Guest is responsible for packing own belongings.
  • Check out time for the first apartment is 12:00pm (noon).
  • Guest may be unable to check into next apartment until 4:00pm. Luggage can be left at Reception.
  • Reception staff are unable to modify bookings to avoid apartment moves. If you have any enquiries, please contact your Owner Services Team on 1300 850 160 (AU), 0800 850 160 (NZ), or 008 003 263 (FJ)
  • To make the most of the surrounding area, a car is recommended. Discounted car rental rates are available through Travel by Wyndham. Please call 1300 850 160.
  • Limited cots and highchairs are available at the resorts for use during your stay. Please ensure these are requested at the time of booking and we recommend contacting the resort 24-48 hours prior to  your check in to confirm your request.
  • Credit card payments relating to Fun Time, Bonus Time and One Time Credits bookings will incur a Credit Card Service Fee of 1.5%, in addition to the amount payable.

TRYP Fortitude Valley Brisbane

**The Hotel is a 30 minute drive from Brisbane international and domestic airport. Check in 2.00pm and Check out is 10.00am. The Hotel will require a $100 Security Deposit/Credit Card Authorization upon check-in. Please note that the amount of $100 will be “held” on the credit card, and released by the guest’s bank within 5-10 business days.**

  • CARPARKING: There is secure parking available at an offsite car park. Cost is $25 per night, payable to the hotel for Self-parking or $40 per night, payable to the hotel for Valet parking. Parking kerbside is limited due to a clearway during the hours of 7am-9am and 4pm-6pm. Arrival details will be advised by the resort, prior to your arrival.
  • The Hotel Rooftop Bar is open Thursday - Sunday. Business Hours are 4pm till late Thursday and Friday, and 2pm till late on Saturday and Sunday. In the event of the rooftop bar being booked for a private function, the hotel will suggest a suitable alternative close by for a drink.
    Chur Restaurant offers a range of burgers and snacks. Business hours are 7am – 10pm Monday – Thursday,  7am – Midnight on Friday, 8:30am – Midnight on Saturday, and 8:30am – 10pm on Sundays. Room Service can be organised via Chur.
  • Please note the unit windows cannot be opened.
  • A laundry service is available through house-keeping. Prices available at the Hotel.

**IRONMAN EVENT: Each year, Cairns hosts the Annual Iron Man Event on the 2nd Sunday of June. This involves road closures which will significantly affect travelling times to and from the airport between 5.00am and 6.30pm. Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Crown Towers

**During the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast, bookings containing nights between 4th – 15th April 2018 are subject to a 7 night maximum. If an Owner is making a booking for an immediate family member, guest name must be added at time of booking as no changes are permitted once booking has been confirmed (cancellations are allowed, however must wait 48 hours before making new booking within these dates. Resort will require ID of person checking in. Guidelines have been amended to ensure as many Owners as possible can enjoy this experience. Please refer to page 137 of the 2017/2018 Resort Guide for full details regarding this period.**

  • Reception operates seven days from 7am to 8pm.
  • A Credit Card imprint ($1.00 pre-auth) is required upon check-in. If you do not have a Credit Card, a $200 cash security deposit will be required.
  • Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific does not manage Wyndham Crown Towers.
  • 1 Bedroom View rooms have various views of hinterland, adrenaline park etc and are generally on higher floors, 1 Bedroom No View rooms have street views and are generally on lower floors. 
  • Apartments have air conditioning (no heating)
  • Selected units face the Adrenaline Park; therefore some additional noise may be associated with this.
  • The Super GP Car Race event is held annually in October and Schoolies Week runs from November to December. During these busy periods, the resort may apply house rules.

Ramada Resort Golden Beach

** In order to remain compliant with Fire regulations, the Fire Doors are being replaced and the door frames are being repainted. Works will be carried out from February to the end of March 2017 (Weather Permitting). There will be increased noise and activity around the Resort during this period as contractors carry out the works. General hours of work will be Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm. Scheduled units will not be allocated to guests whilst the works are being conducted.**

  • Reception operates Sunday to Thursday from 6.30am until 8pm and Friday and Saturday from 6.30am to 10pm.
  • A $100 deposit or credit card imprint is required upon check-in.
  • There are a limited of cots and highchairs available and some requests may not be able to be fulfilled. Please call the resort 24 hours before arrivals to confirm request.
  • There are no washing machines or dryers located in rooms, however a complimentary communal laundry is positioned on each floor above level two.
  • One-bedroom apartments are not recommended for four adults. Suggested occupancy limit is two adults and two children (under 12 years).
  • Two-bedroom apartments are not recommended for six adults. Suggested occupancy limit is four adults and two children (under 12 years).
  • Ramada Golden Beach offers limited undercover parking, however onsite parks for trailers, boats, caravans and water equipment are not available.

  • Ramada Hotel & Suites Hervey Bay is an Associate Resort. Associate Resorts are an additional benefit offered by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific (the Developer). Associate Resorts are operated independently from Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific and WorldMark South Pacific Club, so it is important to note that resort, room facilities and standards may vary.
  • Reception operates from 6:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Saturday and 7:00am to 7:00pm Sunday. If arriving outside these times, please contact the resort on 1300 886 202 during Reception hours to familiarise yourself with the after-hours check-in procedure.
  • Ramada Hervey Bay is made up of three separate buildings, each with an elevator access.

  • Low floor apartments are situated between the ground and fourth floor with no ocean views. Ocean and hinterland view apartments are situated between the fifth and thirteenth floors. Deluxe apartments are situated on the fourteenth floor.
  • A Kids’ Club is open during Queensland and New South Wales school holidays for children aged 5 to 13. Please confirm days and sessions with the resort during your stay.

Ramada Resort Marcoola Beach
  • Reception operates Sunday to Thursday from 7am to 7pm and Friday and Saturday from 7am to 9pm.

  • Hotel rooms are compact and contain only tea/coffee making facilities. These rooms have no kitchen and are not recommended for extended stays.
  • The Resort has a limited number of Cots, High Chairs and Rollaway beds upon request only.
  • Please note that 1 bedroom apartment and Hotel Room have a shared patio giving limited outdoor privacy.
  • Club rooms within Ramada Marcoola Beach are positioned in locations with varying views.
  • DELUXE APARTMENTS: Each bathroom in 2 and 3 bedroom deluxe apartments have shower over bath, so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
  • Please note the Resort no longer has a games room or Day Spa.

Wyndham Hotel Surfers Paradise

**Preparations are being made for the construction of a 40 storey apartment highrise building on the corner of Surfers Paradise Blvd & Markwell St, opposite Wyndham Surfers Paradise. At this stage we have few details as to possible impact on traffic in the area etc. Construction has not yet started.**

**Refurbishment of the WMSP Club apartments will continue until mid to  December 2016. There may be increased activity around the Resort as tradesmen carry out the works. There should be little or no impact to Owners.**

  • Reception is open 24 hours, seven days a week.
  • Club rooms are positioned within Ramada Resort Port Douglas.
  • Transfers by bus can be arranged at a cost of $33 per person each way. Your flight details and a contact number are required to make the booking a minimum of 24 hours prior to travel. The voucher for travel is emailed directly to you and the change is applied to your room account. Please note any transfers cancelled within 72 hours of travel will incur 100% cancellation fee. Contact Ramada Port Douglas Reception (07 4030 4333) to make bookings prior to arrival.
  • Sun Palm Transport offer a shuttle service from Cairns International Airport to Ramada Port Douglas.
    - Coach transfers are $44 per adult and $22 per child each way
    - Limousine transfers are also available
    - Service runs from 3:00am - 10:30pm daily

  • Check-in for WorldMark Resort Coffs Harbour – Terraces is located at Ramada Resort Coffs Harbour (Treetops). Turn into Charlesworth Bay Drive and follow the Wyndham signs past Novotel Pacific Bay Resort to Reception.
  • Reception at WorldMark Resort Coffs Harbour - Terraces is open seven days from 7am to 10pm. Reception at Ramada Resort Coffs Harbour (Treetops), in the same Pacific Bay Resort Precinct, is open seven days from 7am to 11pm.
  • A $100 deposit or credit card imprint is required upon check-in.
  • Due to local  TV Analogue/Digital changeover, Fox TV Channels are not available in all rooms at Terraces. Owners will be offered free DVD hire during their stay.
  • Owners with mobility issues should note that all apartments are situated on a hill and the resort does not have elevators. Resort facilities are spread out across the grounds and there are a lot of stairs. One-bedroom and studio apartments don’t have stairs. Please note there are no lifts available at this property
  • Car Parking for Coffs Harbour Terraces is undercover only, with a clearance of 2.1 metres. High vehicles will need to be parked at the bottom of the access road, and guest will need to walk up the hill to the complex. There is no undercover parking for large trailers.
  • All two-bedroom apartments are interconnecting lock-offs comprising of a studio and one-bedroom apartment. This room type is not recommended for families with small children.
  • Rollaway Beds cannot be requested at this Property.
  • Spa baths are only available in one and two-bedroom apartments. Please note that studios have showers and do not feature spa baths or baths.

Ramada Resort Coffs Harbour (Treetops)

  • Sofa beds are best suited for children.

  • Owners with mobility issues must request apartments with elevator access at the time of booking, as not all apartments at Wyndham Resort Treetops have elevator access.
  • 3-Bedroom Grand and 3-Bedroom Presidential apartments have internal stairs and may not be suitable for families with young children. 
  • Please note that the 1 bedroom apartments are of compact size and more suited to either 2 adults or 2 adults & 2 children, not 4 adults.
  • Please note that maximum occupancy may differ between Grand and Presidential Suites.

WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Pokolbin Hill

**Signage at this property has recently been changed, and no longer displays the Wyndham/WorldMark name. This change is due to Leisure Inn branding standards. Please follow signs to Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill.**

  • Reception operates Sunday to Thursday from 8am to 7pm and Friday and Saturday from 8am to 8pm.
  • A $100 deposit or credit card imprint is required upon check-in.
  • The onsite restaurant at Pokolbin Hill is only open for breakfast. Mon-Fri 8.00 - 10.00 (Continental Breakfast) and Sat - Sun 8.00 - 10.00 (Hot Breakfast). Several other restaurants within walking distance of resort for lunch & dinner.
  • This resort is a retreat and is in a quiet position. To make the most of your stay, it is recommended for guests to hire a car, as many of the attractions in the district are roughly 10 kilometres away. Please consider Travel Club by Wyndham for competitive prices on car hire.
  • All two-bedroom apartments are interconnecting lock-offs comprising of a studio and one-bedroom apartment. This room type is not recommended for families with small children (under 12 years).
  • There is no air conditioning in the bedroom of 1 bedroom apartments. There are ceiling fans.
  • Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific does not manage this resort.
  • Studio apartments at WorldMark Resort Pokolbin Hill are quite compact and not recommended for extended stays. These rooms have no kitchen and only tea/coffee making facilities.  a Strict Occupancy limit of 2 people for studio apartments apply - a third person (including a child) is not permitted.
  • Laundries are not found in any apartments, however the resort has a communal laundry available for use by guests. The cost of this service is $4 per wash and $4 per dry.
  • Aside from special needs apartments, all units have a shower over the spa bath.
  • Facilities and apartments at WorldMark Resort Pokolbin Hill are quite spread out, meaning it can be 100 metres from car parking spaces to your chateau. Walking paths may also be uneven and people with mobility issues should consider carefully before booking this resort.
  • Spa is no longer available at this resort.
  • Please note there will be no Reception or Housekeeping Services available on Christmas Day. On-Site Manager will be available for emergencies only.

Ramada Resort Flynns Beach

Destinations Magazine Correction

Within the news article printed within Issue 88 Summer 2016/17 Destinations Magazine, it was incorrectly stated that refurbishment has been completed. Refurbishment at Wyndham Flynns Beach has not yet been completed, instead is scheduled for 2017/2018 completion. WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Port Stephens

**We have recently been advised that the Body Corporate at Horizon’s Resort Port Stephens will be undertaking balcony repair works on the privately owned apartments. There will, at times, be some noise associated with the maintenance works, due to the intermittent use of jackhammers and power tools. We will endeavor to allocate Owners away from the area of works. There will be increased activity around the resort during this period as tradespeople carry out the works. General hours of work will be 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.**

**Horizons Port Stephens is under new Management The resort may offer additional facilities, at the discretion of the Resort Management. The maintenance and operation of these facilities are external and are not operated by, nor the responsibility of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific and as such, we are unable to guarantee their availability or their standard at the time of your stay.**

**The Property is currently undergoing an external cleaning and guttering repair program. Works are expected to be completed by 12th June, 2017, weather permitting. Scaffolding will be erected around the buildings, and windows will need to remain closed while pressure cleaning is being carried out. General hours of work will be 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. There will at times be noise associated with the works, due to the intermittent use of power tools. Portable scaffolding will be erected at each of the buildings, and windows will need to remain closed during times of pressure cleaning. The on-site Manager will be able to provide more details during your stay if required.**

  • Mobile Manager: Our mobile Manager is available to assist with check-in, as there is no Reception Office available. Contact number  is 0437 224 216. You will receive a call a few days prior to arrival to arrange key pick up. Please ensure your mobile contact number has been noted in your booking.
  • The Cafe is  operating, open 8am - 5pm daily for Breakfast & Lunch. Dinner Friday & Saturday nights only. This is subject to change, depending on demand. (Dinner bookings are essential). 
  • Limited cot hire available. Please request at time of booking and check availability with Mobile Manager 48 hours prior to check-in.
  • There are no wheelchair specific apartments. Some rooms may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

From 1st July 2017 the cost will be $40.00 (AUD) per night (currently $30.00 AUD per night) Parking cannot be reserved in advance. Parking is free for Platinum Owners and for Owners who have booked a Presidential Apartment. Basement car park has height restriction of 2.1 metres so may not be suitable for large vehicles. Alternative parking is available at SECURE Parking, approx. 50 metres from the Property (Vehicles up to 1.9 metres, charges apply).
  • Complimentary Parking is guaranteed for bookings in the 2 Bedroom Presidential Suites only.
  • If requesting a cot, please note that the portacot will be opened in the room, with sheets beside it for parents to make it as they wish.Cot blankets are not provided in the room, and Reception have limited blankets available.   • ll studio apartments do not have opening windows and do not have balconies.

**The Resort will be hosting "Dance Vibe" an energetic Swing Dancing event from 16-19 March 2018. During these times there will be increased activity around the Resort, in particular the Whitesands Building, where functions will be taking place until 2.00am each morning.**

**The Resort is undertaking a cleaning and chlorination program for all pools and spas every second Monday evening, these area will be closed from 5pm on those evenings.**

  • The 2-Bedroom Deluxe apartment (1 Bath) is located towards the front of the resort in the 'Heritage Building' and has more luxurious furnishings than a standard apartment. 2-Bedroom Deluxe apartment has 1 bathroom and no balcony.

Ramada Resort Ballarat
  • Reception operates seven days from 7am to 9pm.

  • Ballarat usually runs 3x 2 hour Kid's Club sessions during all Victorian school holidays for children 5 - 12 years old. This is free of charge. Ramada Resort Dinner Plain, Mt Hotham
  • There are no Cooking facilities in the Hotel Rooms, with an onsite restaurant available 7 days. Please see reception if you require laundry facilities.
  • Green Season Bookings:  Limited alternative restaurants and shops are open during the summer months.
  • Snow Season Bookings: Snow chains are compulsory for all vehicles during the winter season and must be fitted when advised. There are numerous outlets in Bright, and ‘HOYS Chain Hire’ operates in both Harrietville and Omeo. Resort Entry fee is applicable to all motor vehicles and passengers of coaches and taxis entering the Mt Hotham Ski Resort during the declared snow season. All vehicles stopping at the Mt Hotham Ski Resort must have a valid authorized Resort Entry Permit. If travelling directly through the ski resort area from Dinner Plain/Omeo to Harrietville or Harrietville to Dinner Plain/Omeo and do not stop, you will not require a Resort Entry Permit
  • Safety first! Snow Season in Mt Hotham opens in June and closes towards the end of September each year. If visiting Dinner Plain during the snow season we strongly recommend that you visit the winter safety website: http://snowsafe.org.au  This website provides all the information you will need to ensure a safe and enjoyable holiday.
  • We STRONGLY recommend travelling to the resort via Omeo as it is the smoother and safer drive, especially during the winter months.
  • Alpine Weather can change quickly so monitor the forecast and make sure you can always easily access protective clothing. To combat the risk of sunburn, use sunscreen with a high SPF to protect your skin. When on the slopes, the glare from snow can cause “snow blindness” so ensure you have high-quality sunglasses or goggles when participating in snow activities. Your car should have anti-freeze in the radiator and snow chains must be carried at all times during the snow season. Please ensure that you do not leave your handbrake on, as it will freeze. The nearest petrol stations are located in Omeo (45km) and Bright (75km). Petrol is not available at Mt Hotham/Dinner Plain.
  • Car Parking is provided and your car park will be assigned to you upon check-in. Please note that all vehicles parked at the resort are at the sole risk of the vehicle owner and conditions apply. Additional parking is located at nearby Scrubbers End. **PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS STRICTLY NO PARKING ALLOWED ON ROADWAYS DURING WINTER MONTHS.**
  • The regional location of the resort means there a few places to restock provisions such as snack food and medicines nearby or on the way. We recommend that you purchase any such items at the approaching townships of Omeo, or Bright as the grocery stores in the Dinner Plain and Mt Hotham are seasonal with a limited selection
  • On arrival, guests will be asked for a credit card imprint to cover incidental expenses during their stay. Where a credit card is not available, a $100 cash bond will be required. Any balance unused will be refunded/credited upon departure.
  • Internal Stairs: All room types, with the exception of Hotel Rooms and standard 1 bedroom units, have internal stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
  • Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms are situated in a 2 story building with no elevator access. If ground floor is required, please request at time of booking.

Wyndham Hotel Melbourne

  • Club rooms are located between levels 1-4 with residential apartments occupying the other levels.
  • CAR PARKING: There is secure parking approx 2 minute walk from Resort on Lonsdale Street. Cost is $30 per night, payable to Resort and is non-refundable once booked. Car Park operates on a PIN system. Owners will receive an email from the resort 7 days prior to arrival asking if car parking is required and Owners must respond if they wish to book a space. Parking kerbside is limited due to traffic restrictions, however Porters will be available kerbside 7am-11pm 7 days per week to assist with luggage Please provide resort with an expected arrival time. If making a last minute booking (within 48 hours of arrival), please contact resort. Car Parking is free for Platinum Owners (1 free car park per room) however will still need to be reserved.
  • TRANSFERS : Airport transfers, can be organized directly with the hotel via phone call (03 8692 8900) or email (melbourne.reception@wyn.com). This is a private luxury car transfer that will personally wait for you at the arrivals gate (Hotel to Airport is same cost as a taxi, and Airport to Hotel is slightly more expensive than a taxi, however it is a more personal experience).
  • CONSTRUCTION: Whilst the resort is complete, there is construction taking place in the nearby Retail and Restaurant precinct, as well as other building sites within the vicinity. Some apartments overlook a neighbouring building, currently under construction.
  • WINDOWS: Some bedrooms in some apartments do not have windows.
  • LAUNDRY: Whilst apartments do not have own laundry, there is a communal laundry on floors 2 to 4 which are free of charge.

Ramada Perth, The Outram
  • Reception is open 24 hours, seven days a week.
  • A $100 deposit or credit card imprint is required upon check-in.
  • Wyndham Outram Perth is a completely non-smoking property. Balconies are small and smoking is only permitted on the ground floor outside the resort.
  • Studio Deluxe Apartments are quite compact and contain only tea and coffee making facilities. These rooms are not recommended for extended stays - No Rollaway beds. Studio Deluxe Apartments are of an open plan meaning that the shower, bath and vanity are all visible from the bedroom. Studios Deluxe units have a maximum occupancy of 2 people.
  • Two-bedroom apartments are not recommended for six adults. Suggested occupancy limit is four adults and two children (under 12 years).
  • This resort does not have a pool or gym facilities onsite.
  • Spa baths are only featured in studio Deluxe Apartments.

  • Wyndham Outram Perth has limited, secure undercover parking spaces at a cost of $20 a day. These are subject to availability and must be reserved directly through the resort. Ramada Eco Beach Resort, Broome

  • Due to the remote location, and Eco Friendly/Camping style nature of this resort, this Property may not be suitable for all Owners/Guests.
  • Power - The power system for the resort is an integrated hybrid system. It is 50% solar powered and stores energy in batteries to enable the generators to be turned off at night. Our accommodation is mainly powered by the Kimberley sun. If you’re staying in a villa this means you can dry your hair, but you can’t microwave your dinner at the same time! You can only plug in one electrical appliance at a time. The tents are limited to 2 amps of power, this power level can support a mobile or camera charger however a hair dryer cannot be operated. However, if you’re staying in a tent we have a private designated area for you to use your hair dryer. Both tents and villas have a 240kw output. Please see following FAQ section.
  • Water - Three water tanks are located on site. The resort’s water supply, including drinking and shower water, is obtained from the site’s bore. The water is filtered and treated. Bottled water can be purchased from the retail shop.
  • Mobile Phone – Most mobile phones do work at Eco Beach, depending on your carrier. However, your location in the resort (e.g. down in the valley), inclement weather and certain tides may limit reception.
  • Guests are not encouraged  to bring their own BBQ’s or camp ovens.
  • Swimming - Eco Beach is a safe place to swim, but is not patrolled. Waters contain a rich array of marine life, including humpback whales, dolphins, manta rays, sharks, turtles and the odd transient crocodile during the wet season. The same cautionary measures apply to swimming at Eco Beach as they do at any beach in Australia.
  • Mooring - Please contact Ramada Eco Beach Resort reception at least 24 hours before your arrival to notify them if you are considering bringing your boat. The resort will allocate a mooring subject to availability. Resort staff can launch and retrieve boats up to 6.5m in length from the beach using tractor. There is a $25 charge for this service and must be booked 24 hours prior (prices subject to change without notice).

Ramada Resort Seven Mile Beach

**The outdoor spa is currently out of order and is awaiting installation of a new heater. It is expected to be fully operational again within the next 2-4 weeks. The swimming pool remains open and is solar heated for your enjoyment.**

  • Reception operates 7:00am until 11:00pm, 7 days.
  • A $100 deposit or credit card imprint is required upon check-in.
  • The resort is situated in a coastal bush setting across from Seven Mile Beach and is home to several species of native wildlife.  
  • Due to the Hobart Airport extending their runway, there have been some road changes, resulting in a shorter route to Ramada Resort Seven Mile Beach and a much faster trip for travellers.  From 10th April 2017, the new travel time is approximately 3 minutes by car, which is fantastic! To get to Ramada Resort Seven Mile Beach from the Airport, exit onto Long Street and turn left at the roundabout onto Gruebar Avenue, continuing to the end, turn right onto Surf Road until you see the Ramada Resort Seven Mile Beach sign on your right.
  • As the resort is more remotely situated, a vehicle is highly recommended. A very limited number of tour operators offer pick-up from the resort. Please consider Travel Club by Wyndham for competitive rates on car hire.
  • Single Beds CAN be joined in all room types, with the exception of 2 bedroom standard units.
  • Standard two-bedroom apartments feature only one bathroom with shower over bath.
  • Wood-burning fire places are only found in 2 of the resorts Presidential Units and can not be guaranteed for your unit - only requested.
  • The pool, spa and sauna area opens at 8am and closes at dusk. Please note that during the winter months dusk can be as early as 5pm.
  • Presidential and Grand units are spacious and perfect for those with mobility challenges being single level with spacious walk in showers and generous clear floor space. All standard three-bedroom and two and three-bedroom deluxe apartments have internal stairs and are not suitable for people with mobility issues.
  • Beaches Restaurant is open for Breakfast Monday through Saturday 7.30am – 10.30am and dinner from Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00pm.  Beaches is closed on Sundays  and all Public Holidays.

Ramada Resort Rotorua Marama
  • Reception Hours are from 8:00am to 6:00pm, 7 days.
  • The licensed cafe has recently re-opened. Opening hours are Tuesday to Friday 6pm - 9pm, Saturday 9am - 9pm, Sunday 9am - 2pm. Monday closed.
  • All apartments are 2 storey with an internal staircase and bedrooms located upstairs, however special needs apartment has an entry ramp and 1 bedroom located downstairs. A limited number of child safety gates are available at the resort. Please request at time of booking. These are provided free of charge and are subject to availability.
  • NZ$100 deposit or credit card imprint is required upon arrival.
  • Pool Towels are available at reception and a $10 refundable bond is charged against the room per towel.
  • Ramada Rotorua is located 15 minutes from the Rotorua Town Centre. There is limited public transport to and from the resort.

  • Some units have direct water access from back deck, and may not be suitable for young children. Units can be requested away from canals, but not guaranteed.
