GUEST BOOKINGS: Please keep in mind that as the Owner you are responsible for your Guest’s complying with Club guidelines and regulations, your Guest’s behavior whilst staying at the resort, and any outstanding charges resulting from Guest’s usage at the resort.

 

From 1 September 2016 payments made by credit card for any charges incurred during your stay at a WorldMark South Pacific Club resort will incur a Credit Card Service Fee of 0.9% in addition to the total amount payable. 

 

Charges incurred during your stay at Wyndham Resorts Denarau Island will incur at Credit Card Service Fee of 3.0% in addition to the total amount payable.

 

Pets are not allowed at any Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific, WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham or Associate property except in the case of hearing, mobility or vision-impaired guests. Please advise at time of booking if this applies.

 

Wi-Fi is available at most resorts however it may incur additional charges. We recommend contacting the individual resort reception to find out more.

Does your reservation include an apartment move during your stay? The following guidelines apply:

  • Guest is responsible for packing own belongings.
  • Check out time for the first apartment is 12:00pm (noon).
  • Guest may be unable to check into next apartment until 4:00pm. Luggage can be left at Reception.
  • Reception staff are unable to modify bookings to avoid apartment moves. If you have any enquiries, please contact your Owner Services Team on 1300 850 160 (AU), 0800 850 160 (NZ), or 008 003 263 (FJ)
  • To make the most of the surrounding area, a car is recommended. Discounted car rental rates are available through Travel by Wyndham. Please call 1300 850 160.
  • Limited cots and highchairs are available at the resorts for use during your stay. Please ensure these are requested at the time of booking and we recommend contacting the resort 24-48 hours prior to  your check in to confirm your request.
  • Credit card payments relating to Fun Time, Bonus Time and One Time Credits bookings will incur a Credit Card Service Fee of 1.5%, in addition to the amount payable.

**The Hotel is a 30 minute drive from Brisbane international and domestic airport. Check in 2.00pm and Check out is 10.00am. The Hotel will require a $100 Security Deposit/Credit Card Authorization upon check-in. Please note that the amount of $100 will be “held” on the credit card, and released by the guest’s bank within 5-10 business days.**

  • CARPARKING: There is secure parking available at an offsite car park. Cost is $25 per night, payable to the hotel for Self-parking or $40 per night, payable to the hotel for Valet parking. Parking kerbside is limited due to a clearway during the hours of 7am-9am and 4pm-6pm. Arrival details will be advised by the resort, prior to your arrival.
  • Please note the unit windows cannot be opened.
  • A laundry service is available through house-keeping. Prices available at the Hotel.

WorldMark South Pacific Club Cairns

  • Single beds in the second bedroom can be joined on request. The Resort requires 48 hours' notice to facilitate his. Please contact Owner Services to submit your request. As this is not a Wyndham managed property, the Resort may charge a fee for this service if sufficient notice is not given.
  • Reception hours are Mon-Sat: 9am - 6pm. Sun: 8am - 12pm, most Public Holidays 9am - 12pm. Please contact the resort if you are arriving outside of these hours. Some services are not available outside of these hours.
  • The property is located approximately 7km from Cairns CBD and 15km from Cairns Airport. A car is strongly recommended in order to fully enjoy your holiday.
  • There is NO WIFI available in the apartments at this resort – WiFi is available at reception at no charge.
  • From March 2018, Trinity Links, now offers a selection of drinks and snacks, available from the on-site café. Located near the Reception area, the Café will operate Mon - Sat: 9am - 6pm. Sun: 8am - 12pm. Most Public Holidays 9am - 12pm.
  • Please note that if you require the services of the after-hours Manager, a call out fee will apply. This charge is payable to the Resort upon check-out.
  • This Resort is a 3 storey walk-up and has no elevator. If a ground floor unit is required this must be booked at the time of confirming your reservation.

WorldMark South Pacific Club Crown Towers

**SCHOOLIES: Schoolie's celebrations take place between November & December each year. If NOT attending Schoolies, House Rules DO NOT apply. Please make a note on booking that Owner is not attending. If Owner or their guest IS attending Schoolies, House Rules will apply, and a $300 Security Deposit is required, to be paid to the Resort no later than 7 days prior to arrival. It is preferable to have at least one guest staying who is 18 years of age or older, however if this isn't possible, someone over the age of 18 must check the guest in, and agrees to accept full responsibility for the underage guests.**

**RESTAURANT CLOSURE: We have been advised that the privately owned restaurant at Crown Towers has closed until further notice.  There are several alternative dining options within a short distance of the property, and resort staff will be happy to assist with this.**

  • Reception operates seven days from 7am to 8pm.
  • A Credit Card imprint ($1.00 pre-auth) is required upon check-in. If you do not have a Credit Card, a $200 cash security deposit will be required.
  • Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific does not manage Wyndham Crown Towers.
  • 1 Bedroom View rooms have various views of hinterland, adrenaline park etc and are generally on higher floors, 1 Bedroom No View rooms have street views and are generally on lower floors. 
  • Apartments have air conditioning (no heating)
  • Selected units face the Adrenaline Park; therefore some additional noise may be associated with this.
  • The Super GP Car Race event is held annually in October and Schoolies Week runs from November to December. During these busy periods, the resort may apply house rules.

Ramada Resort by Wyndham Golden Beach

**POOL REPAIRS:  Minor pool repairs will be taking place on Wednesday 3rd April, 2019. In order to carry out these works, the Resort will be required to close the pool until 4th April 2019. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however the Resort is happy to offer all other Resort activities free of charge (bike hire, kayak hire etc)**

  • Reception operates Sunday to Thursday from 6.30am until 8pm and Friday and Saturday from 6.30am to 10pm.
  • A $100 deposit or credit card imprint is required upon check-in.
  • There are a limited of cots and highchairs available and some requests may not be able to be fulfilled. Please call the resort 24 hours before arrivals to confirm request.
  • There are no washing machines or dryers located in rooms, however a complimentary communal laundry is positioned on each floor above level two.to
  • One-bedroom apartments are not recommended for four adults. Suggested occupancy limit is two adults and two children (under 12 years).
  • Two-bedroom apartments are not recommended for six adults. Suggested occupancy limit is four adults and two children (under 12 years).
  • Ramada Golden Beach offers limited undercover parking, however onsite parks for trailers, boats, caravans and water equipment are not available.port

Wyndham Vacation Resorts Kirra Beach

**HOT WATER UNIT REPLACEMENT MAY 2019: We have been advised by Energex that they will be replacing the hot water units on level 14, commencing on 7th May for a period of approximately 2 weeks. Excessive noise may be experienced between the hours of 9am and 5pm each day, Monday  to Friday. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.**

**MAINTENANCE MAY TO SEPTEMBER 2019: This property will be undertaking a deep clean schedule from 12th May to 20th September 2019. These works are not expected to impact an Owner’s stay, with the exception of some apartments which will be having kitchen tiles replaced. This will involve the intermittent use of power tools and machinery each Monday, between the hours of 9.00am and 1.00pm. As a result, some noise may be experienced when existing tiles are being removed & replaced.**

**DEVELOPMENT PROJECT: We have been advised of the construction of a new nine storey building in front of the Wyndham Kirra Beach resort from August 2019 until late 2020. Works commenced in June and the demolition phase has been completed. Some noise will be experienced due to the use of power tools and mechanical equipment. There will be a crane on the development site that may enter Kirra Beach airspace but it is not expected to carry any load within the resort airspace. Days of the week and times of operations are still to be confirmed. We will update the Before You Go page when further information is available. Due to the height of the new building, some apartments will have their view/outlook partially obstructed. These room descriptions will be updated to reflect this.**

  • Theme park tickets are available for purchase through Reception.
  • Limited undercover car parking available.
  • No onsite parking is available for boats, trailers and water equipment.

Ramada Resort by Wyndham Marcoola Beach

**LIFT REPLACEMENT 2019 - The Body Corporate will be carrying out a full lift replacement of all six lifts. Stages 1 and 2 are almost complete in the North and South Towers. Stage 3 in the Central Tower will commence in July with an approximate completion date of December 2019. General hours of work will be between 7.30am- 4.30pm, Mon to Fri. Due to the design of the central tower, the resort management team has advised there will likely be periods of excessive noise related to the project. Longer lift wait times may also be experienced.**

  • Reception operates 7am to 9pm, 7 days a week
  • A $100 deposit or credit card imprint is required upon check-in.dre
  • Hotel rooms are compact and contain only tea/coffee making facilities. These rooms have no kitchen and are not recommended for extended stays.
  • The Resort has a limited number of Cots, High Chairs and Rollaway beds upon request only.
  • Please note that 1 bedroom apartment and Hotel Room have a shared patio giving limited outdoor privacy.
  • Club rooms within Ramada Marcoola Beach are positioned in locations with varying views.
  • Deluxe apartments: Each bathroom in 2 and 3 bedroom deluxe apartments have shower over bath, so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
  • OCCUPANCY:  3brm and 3brm Dlx apartments are better suited for maximum occupancy of six due to compact size of the lounge area in the apartment.  Room is compact in size and is better suited to six people.

Wyndham Hotel Surfers Paradise

**FREE KIDS CLUB JULY SCHOOL HOLIDAYS 2019**

**From 23rd February 2018, Gold Coast City Council has imposed a 3 hour limit for street parking in the Surfers Paradise Central Traffic Area between 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Oversized vehicles are not recommended due to the property's inner city location and limited parking options for large vehicles i.e. boats, caravans. For oversized vehicles and vehicles exceeding 2m please phone the resort in advance and reception staff will endeavour to assist with parking options.**

**Preparations are being made for the construction of a 40 storey apartment highrise building on the corner of Surfers Paradise Blvd & Markwell St, opposite Wyndham Surfers Paradise. At this stage we have few details as to possible impact on traffic in the area etc. Construction has not yet started.**

**Reception is open Sunday - Thursday 6am - 10pm and Friday/Saturday 6am-12 midnight. If arriving outside of these hours, there is a buzzer at the main entrance in Surfers Paradise Boulevarde. Alternatively, you can call the Resort on +61 75579-6500 to gain access.**

  • New Gold Coast Light Rail conveniently links Broadbeach through to Griffith Hospital in Southport and runs adjacent to the hotel

Ramada Resort by Wyndham Port Douglas

**IRONMAN EVENT: On the 2nd Sunday of June each year, Cairns hosts the Annual Iron Man Even. This involves road closures which will significantly affect travelling times to and from the airport. Please visit the Cairns Ironman website for more information.**

  • Reception is open 24 hours, seven days a week.
  • Club rooms are positioned within Ramada Resort Port Douglas.
  • Transfer options:
    • Sunpalm Transport offers a timetabled service which runs on a set schedule: Prices are $36 per adult each way and children are $18 per child (3-11years) each way. Children under 3 travel for free.  Sunpalm also offer a family special, when children travel with a paying adult they travel free of charge; 48 hours’ notice is required to make a reservation. *From 1st April 2018, cost for adults will be $39 each way. The Sunpalm desk is located in the arrivals lounge, please meet the Sunpalm staff at the check in desk for assistance to your shuttle bus. Please note as Sunpalm have a set schedule there may be a delay between your flight arrival & your shuttle departure time.
    • Excellence Coaches run between 4am and 7pm daily and meet all flights: Prices are $38 per adult and $13 per child between 0-15 years one way. Excellence staff will meet you at the baggage carousel with a sign when you arrive at the airport.
    • Exemplar Coaches offers a timetabled service which runs on a set schedule: Prices are $41 per adult each way and $20.50 per child (2-11 years old) each way. Children under 2 travel free. Transfers to the resort are required to be booked 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure a bus is available to meet your flight.  From 1st April 2018, cost for adults will be $43 each way.
    • The transfer charge is applied directly onto your room account. Please note these companies have a strict cancellation policy & any transfers cancelled within 72 hours of travel incur 100% cancellation fees. Forward all booking enquiries to reservations@ramadaportdouglas.com.au or phone +61 7 4030 4333. Flight number and arrival times, as well as a contact mobile number, are required to book a transfer. All bookings require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to travel.
  • Please note that Club apartments and Hotel Rooms do not have balconies or patios.
  • A $100 deposit or credit card imprint is required upon check-in.
  • Hotel Rooms at this resort sleep a maximum of two people and contain tea and coffee making facilities only.
  • One-Bedroom Grand Apartments: There are 2 x One-Bedroom Grand apartments at this property. One has shower only (no bath) and the other has a shower over a corner bath. You may request shower only for mobility reasons, however this cannot be guaranteed.
  • Beds cannot be split into singles in the One-Bedroom apartments
  • Rooms are not interconnecting and we cannot guarantee adjacently placed rooms or specific locations.
  • The Resort can offer High Chairs for guest rooms on request
  • WIFI is available in the public areas of the resort - reception, restaurant/bar, pool deck. Please note that WIFI is not available in the apartments at present.

WorldMark South Pacific Club Coffs Harbour - Terraces

**The Reception and Restaurant at the Novotel will reopen as of the 23rd January, 2018. The Restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (currently no times available). At this time, there is no information regarding availability of Tennis and basketball courts.**

  • For Owners and guests staying at Coffs Harbour Terraces, please check in at Ramada Resort Coffs Harbour (Treetops). Turn into Charlesworth Bay Drive and follow the Ramada signs past the Pacific Bay Resort Reception area. The friendly staff at Treetops will help you with any questions you may have during your stay.
  • Reception Hours are 7am to 11pm daily.
  • A $100 deposit or credit card imprint is required upon check-in.
  • Due to local  TV Analogue/Digital changeover, Foxtel channel options are very limited.
  • Owners with mobility issues should note that all apartments are situated on a hill and the resort does not have elevators. Resort facilities are spread out across the grounds and there are a lot of stairs. One-bedroom and studio apartments don’t have stairs. Please note there are no lifts available at this property

Effective from March 2018, Pacific Bay Resort Coffs Harbour has re-opened. Most facilities are available to WorldMark Owners with the exception of the gym, sauna & Kid’s Club. Bayside Bar & Grill (formerly Charlie’s Restaurant) is now open for breakfast (7.30am-9.30am), Lunch (12-2pm) & Dinner (6.30pm-8.30pm) 7 days. To ensure you continue to enjoy a diverse array of experiences when you holiday in Coffs Harbour, we are currently looking to increase our partnerships with food and beverage outlets through our Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark program, particularly those that offer transport to and from the resort.  Several delivery options are currently available for your convenience and we are working on further expanding these in the near future.

**KOOKABURRA BUILDING LIFT ACCESS: The resort have advised that the lift in the Kookaburra building housing the Presidential, Grand and some Deluxe apartments is currently out of service. This is expected to be repairs by 30 November 2018. Two or three flights of stair access only to affected apartments.**

  • Monday 11th March 2019 an expansion of Ramada Resort by Wyndham Flynns Beach was announced which will see 53 one, two, three and four-bedroom villas including Deluxe, Grand and Presidential villas added to the property by 2020.
    Additional facilities in the development will add a new main reception, new lounge, new café, a larger gym, kids’ pool, common area pavilions (seating and barbecues) and additional car parking. Work will be split into five stages and a final completion date is earmarked for the start of Q3, 2020.
    The first stage will involve the construction of several villas and additional car parking on the west side of the property, as well as the conversion of the existing Sales Centre to be the new main reception. It will also include civil works and the installation of underground services including sewerage, water and electricity for the remainder of the development.
    Works will take place on site between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Work may take place on some Saturdays, but only if required. Guests can expect some construction and machinery related noise, but it will be limited to those specific hours.
    Fencing will be erected around all work zones to reduce any risk of injury or damage during works.
    All construction access will be via the eastern entrance except for works to the new main reception entrance.
    The existing vacant land where vehicles are parked will be unavailable for the duration of the works – however, there is plenty of street parking right in front of the resort.
    The current games room will be closed during the first few stages of construction to allow for the temporary relocation of reception and the sales centre.

Whilst works will not be carried out in occupied apartments, there will at times be noise associated with the works, due to the intermittent use of power tools and mechanical equipment.**

**Our Club units at Port Macquarie Northpoint Apartments face towards an area where construction of a 6 story apartment building has commenced This construction is visible from our Club units. The Construction has an estimated completion date of December 2019 and the general hours of work are expected to be Monday to Saturday 7.00am -5.00pm. Whilst disruption should be kept to a minimum, there will be some noise associated with the works, due to the use mechanical equipment. There will also be increased activity in the surrounding area, with possible traffic diversions at various times.**

  • Check-in for WorldMark Resort Port Macquarie is located at Ramada Flynns Beach. Ramada Flynns Beach Reception is open from 7:00am to 11:00pm, 7 days a week.   • There is only one car space per apartment. Parking is allocated.
  • Northpoint Apartments (Port Macquarie) has adopted a by-law to completely ban smoking on the premises. Effective immediately, this means there is NO SMOKING permitted on any apartment balcony, common area, BBQ terrace, pool area or any other area of Northpoint Apartments. Smoking is only permitted four (4) metres or further from any entrance to the Northpoint Apartments.

Wyndham Sydney Suites

**REFURBISHMENT 2019: This property will be undergoing a refurbishment program, commencing on 5th May, with an estimated completion date of late October 2019. General hours of work will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. Whilst works will be contained to specific floors, some noise may be experienced due to the intermittent use of power tools and machinery, however no power tools will be used before 9am. There will be increased activity around the Resort as tradesmen carry out the works, and you may experience longer elevator waiting times due to the closure of one of the lifts during work hours. GYM: Please note the Gym will be unavailable during stage 1 of the refurbishment from 6th May to 25th May 2019.**

**NEARBY DEMOLITION & CONSTRUCTION April 2019-end 2021: There has been a delay to the  timeline of the demolition and construction of the Hotel development next to Wyndham Sydney Suites. Originally planned to commence in November 2018 with a completion date of November 2020, we have now been advised works will commence in mid-April 2019 with an estimated completion date of the end of 2021. Current information available advises we can expect works to be carried out from 7.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday and from 7.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays. During these hours we anticipate there may periods of significant noise disturbance experienced as a result of the construction occurring in close proximity to our Property.**

**ELECTRICITY CABLE INSTALLATION APRIL TO AUGUST 2019: Ausgrid, an electricity distribution company, is currently installing new underground cables between Macquarie Street and Wentworth Avenue in the Sydney CBD. The project had been due for completion around the end of May 2019, however this has been delayed and the work is now scheduled for completion in August 2019. Some noise may be experienced at times, including night works from 8pm to 5am. Workmen will endeavour to have high impact noise completed by midnight and general low impact activity from midnight to 7am. We expect these night works to be carried out near our property for only a few nights during this time. Latest advice from the contractor is for works to be carried out early August 2019.**

**EXTERNAL PAINTING: This property will be undergoing an external painting program, works have already commenced, with an estimated completion date of late October 2019, weather permitting. General hours of work will be 7am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. There will be increased activity around the property as painters carry out the works, painters will be abseiling outside windows and may require access to balconies to paint balustrade, however this should cause minimal impact.**

**A fee is applicable to all motor vehicles and passengers of coaches and taxis entering all Victorian Ski Resorts during the declared snow season. All vehicles stopping at a Victorian Apline Resort must have a valid authorised Resort Entry Permit. If travelling directly through the Resort from Dinner Plain/Omeo to Harrietville to Dinner Plain/Omeo, and you do not stop, you will not require a Resort Entry Permit. **During the Winter season, ice is prevalent around the resort therefore appropriate footwear and special care is needed to avoid slipping and causing preventable injuries.**

  • Green Season Bookings:  Limited alternative restaurants and shops are open during the summer months.
  • Snow Season Bookings: Snow chains are compulsory for all vehicles during the winter season and must be fitted when advised. There are numerous outlets in Bright, and ‘HOYS Chain Hire’ operates in both Harrietville and Omeo. Resort Entry fee is applicable to all motor vehicles and passengers of coaches and taxis entering the Mt Hotham Ski Resort during the declared snow season. All vehicles stopping at the Mt Hotham Ski Resort must have a valid authorized Resort Entry Permit. If travelling directly through the ski resort area from Dinner Plain/Omeo to Harrietville or Harrietville to Dinner Plain/Omeo and do not stop, you will not require a Resort Entry Permit
  • Safety first! Snow Season in Mt Hotham opens in June and closes towards the end of September each year. If visiting Dinner Plain during the snow season we strongly recommend that you visit the winter safety website: http://snowsafe.org.au  This website provides all the information you will need to ensure a safe and enjoyable holiday.
  • We STRONGLY recommend travelling to the resort via Omeo as it is the smoother and safer drive, especially during the winter months.
  • Alpine Weather can change quickly so monitor the forecast and make sure you can always easily access protective clothing. To combat the risk of sunburn, use sunscreen with a high SPF to protect your skin. When on the slopes, the glare from snow can cause “snow blindness” so ensure you have high-quality sunglasses or goggles when participating in snow activitiemarcos. Your car should have anti-freeze in the radiator and snow chains must be carried at all times during the snow season. Please ensure that you do not leave your handbrake on, as it will freeze. The nearest petrol stations are located in Omeo (45km) and Bright (75km). Petrol is not available at Mt Hotham/Dinner Plain.
  • Car Parking is provided and your car park will be assigned to you upon check-in. Please note that all vehicles parked at the resort are at the sole risk of the vehicle owner and conditions apply. Additional parking is located at nearby Scrubbers End. **PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS STRICTLY NO PARKING ALLOWED ON ROADWAYS DURING WINTER MONTHS.**
  • The regional location of the resort means there a few places to restock provisions such as snack food and medicines nearby or on the way. We recommend that you purchase any such items at the approaching townships of Omeo, or Bright as the grocery stores in the Dinner Plain and Mt Hotham are seasonal with a limited selection
  • On arrival, guests will be asked for a credit card imprint to cover incidental expenses during their stay. Where a credit card is not available, a $100 cash bond will be required. Any balance unused will be refunded/credited upon departure.
  • Internal Stairs: All room types, with the exception of Hotel Rooms and standard 1 bedroom units, have internal stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
  • AIR CONDITIONING: Chalets and Hotel Rooms do not have air conditioning for cooling. A limited number of portable fans are available from Reception if required.
  • Hotel rooms are situated in a 2 story building with no elevator access. If ground floor is required, please request at time of booking. Hotel rooms are compact in size - 13m2 plus ensuite. These rooms are not recommended for stays of longer than 3 nights. There are no Cooking facilities in the Hotel Rooms, with an onsite restaurant available 7 days. Please see reception if you require laundry facilities.
  • 1 Bedroom Deluxe (4) - This room type is better suited to 2 adults and 2 children due to compact size.
  • If travelling with a guide dog within the Alpine Shire Council region, registered guide dogs and their owners need to have valid ID with them at all times. A visitor permit is not required for guide dogs.

WorldMark South Pacific Club Lakes Entrance

**INTERRUPTION TO POWER SUPPLY 20TH AUGUST 2019: We have been advised there will be an interruption to the power supply at this property on Tuesday 20th August 2019, between the hours of 8.15am and 4.30pm, whilst critical maintenance works are carried out.**

**EXCITING NEW REFURBISHMENT: From 15th July to mid-August 2018. Some noise may be experienced due to the intermittent use of power tools, however should have minimal impact to Owners. General hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 5.00pm, although no power tools will be used before 9.00am.**

**Please note when contacting the Lakes Entrance resort directly please call 03 5155 3533 then select option #2 to reach their reception team. Rather than selecting Option #1 which will direct you to their internal reservations team please contact WorldMark Reservations on 1300 850 160 to enquire about making a reservation at this property.**

**The resort have advised us they currently have internet/Wi-Fi drop-out issues. New hardware will be installed to rectify the issue. Work is planned to take place in the week commencing 5 August 2019 and should be completed within the week, subject to weather or unexpected delays. Minimal impact is expected for guests during the work.**

**Lakes Entrance is a 4 hour drive from Melbourne. Melbourne is closest WM resort to Tullamarine airport with Ballarat a 1-1/2 hours’ drive and Torquay is closest WM resort to Avalon airport (40 min).**

**SCHOOLIES: Ramada Resort Phillip Island hosts Schoolies between late November - Mid December every year. There will be increased activity around the resort, as well as extra Security.**

  • Reception operates 7:00am-6:00pm Monday to Thursday, 7:00am-9:00pm Friday, 7:00am-8:00pm Saturday and 7:00am-5:00pm Sunday. If arriving outside of these hours, please contact the Resort on +61 03 5952 8000 during operating hours to arrange key pick up. Upon arrival contact the after-hours operator via the night phone and they will provide the access code to the key safe. Guests must then check in with reception from 7am the following morning.
  • Security deposit or Credit Card imprint required upon check-in
  • All cottages/studios have between 1 - 3 steps leading to them. This may not suit those people with mobility problems. 
  • If you are a family with young children, please note that there are no railings around the outdoor decks of apartments.

**The onsite restaurant is still closed however the café/bar overlooking the pool has re-opened and is serving food although it is a limited offering. The café/bar opens at 7am, its closing time varies but roughly 9pm if it is quiet.**Reception operates Sunday to Thursday 7am - 9pm; Friday and Saturday 7am - 11pm. For arrivals outside of these hours please contact the Resort directly on +61 3 5261 1500.**

  • Rooms do not have ocean views.

  • The fridge in the 1 bedroom apartment is of a small size. All rooms, except Hotel rooms, have convection microwave ovens, not conventional ovens.

Wyndham Hotel Melbourne

  • Club rooms are located between levels 1-4 with residential apartments occupying the other levels.
  • Transfers: Airport transfers, can be organized directly with the hotel via phone call (03 8692 8900) or email (melbourne.reception@wyn.com). This is a private luxury car transfer that will personally wait for you at the arrivals gate (Hotel to Airport is same cost as a taxi, and Airport to Hotel is slightly more expensive than a taxi, however it is a more personal experience).
  • CAR PARKING: There is secure parking approx 2 minute walk from resort on Lonsdale Street. Cost is $40 per night, payable to the resort and is non-refundable once booked. Car Park operates on a PIN system. Owners will receive an email from the resort 7 days prior to arrival asking if car parking is required and Owners must respond if they wish to book space. Parking kerbside is limited due to traffic restrictions, however porters will be available kerbside 7am-11pm 7 days per week to assist with luggage. Please provide resort with an expected arrival time. If making a last minute booking (within 48 hours of arrival), please contact resort. Car Parking is free for Platinum Owners (1 free car park per room) however will still need to be reserved. PLEASE NOTE: FROM 1 APRIL 2018, EXTRA CHARGES WILL APPLY TO CAR PARKING IF NOT
    BOOKED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
  • Construction: Whilst the resort is complete, there is construction taking place in the nearby Retail and Restaurant precinct, as well as other building sites within the vicinity. Some apartments overlook a neighbouring building, currently under construction.

**SCHOOLIES: Mid to Late November in Dunsborough each year is "Leaver's Week", when High School leavers celebrate the end of school. There may be increased noise & activity in and around the Resort. Please note, that  special "House Rules" will apply for any Owners or guests participating in Schoolies/Leaver’s Week festivities. $300.00 Security Deposit is also required no later than 7 days prior to arrival. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, providing apartment is left in acceptable condition**

  • All the Two Bedroom Grand units are on the second level only. None are ground floors. There is a lift on one side of the resort but there are limited Two bedroom Grand rooms on this side so the request cannot be guaranteed.

  • Pool closure during winter months: In response to owner feedback in relation to the cost and relevance of heating the main swimming pool during the winter period, we are pleased to confirm an operational change to resort pool facilities during winter. From early-May to mid-September each year, the main pool will not be heated. The communal outdoor spa pool will remain open and heated throughout this period to enjoy a warm spa during those cold winter days. For those owners and guests who would like access to a heated pool, we will provide complimentary access to the Geographe Leisure Facility located a convenient 10 min drive away in the Busselton township.

  • Reception is open 24 hours, seven days a week.

  • Wyndham Outram Perth is a completely non-smoking property. Balconies are small and smoking is only permitted on the ground floor outside the resort.
  • Studio Deluxe Apartments are quite compact and contain only tea and coffee making facilities. These rooms are not recommended for extended stays - No Rollaway beds. Studio Deluxe Apartments are of an open plan meaning that the shower, bath and vanity are all visible from the bedroom. Studios Deluxe units have a maximum occupancy of 2 people.
  • Two-bedroom apartments are not recommended for six adults. Suggested occupancy limit is four adults and two children (under 12 years).
  • This resort does not have a pool or gym facilities onsite.
  • Spa baths are only featured in studio Deluxe Apartments.

  • Wyndham Outram Perth has limited, secure undercover parking spaces at a cost of $20 a day. These are subject to availability and must be reserved directly through the resort. **Due to the Eco Friendly / Camping style nature of this resort and its remote location this property is not suited to all Owners/Guests. Please ensure you bring an adequate supply of insect repellent.  There is a home-made blend available at the property which can be provided free of charge.For safety and insurance reasons, please be aware that some car hire companies have restrictions on driving between sunset and sunrise. Some will not allow 2WD cars on dirt roads. Please check with your car hire company for any restrictions. Broome Broome Car Hire will allow night driving and driving on unsealed roads.**

**The road to Eco Beach is usually accessible for all vehicles during the dry season, however please note that this can change at any time depending on the weather, especially during the wet season. Please refer to Before You Go closer to your travel date for further updates regarding this.**

**OPENING HOURS: From 5th November 2018 through to 29th March 2019, the Resort will generally be open from 10am on Fridays until 10am on Monday. XMAS: Over the Christmas period, the Resort will be open from 10am on 21st December through to 10am on 7th January.**

  • POWER SUPPLY: The power system for the resort is an integrated hybrid system. It is 50% solar powered and stores energy in batteries to enable the generators to be turned off at night *VILLA guests can only plug in one electrical appliance at a time, 240kw output *TENT limited to 2 amps of power, can support a mobile or camera charger only, 240kw output.   • CAR HIRE: For safety and insurance reasons, please be aware that some car hire companies have restrictions on driving between sunset and sunrise. Some will not allow 2WD cars on dirt roads. Please check with your car hire company for any restrictions. Broome Broome Car Hire will allow night driving and driving on unsealed roads.
  • There is no store on-site. We recommend stopping in Broome (approx. 1.5 hours drive) on the way to Eco Beach.
  • There is a complimentary communal tea and coffee station at Jack's bar, as these facilities are not available in room. Meals can be cooked in a shared selfcatering tent, which contains a microwave, single hotplate, kettle, fridge space and barbeque.
  • Water : Three water tanks are located on site. The resort’s water supply, including drinking and shower water, is obtained from the site’s bore. Twankahe water is filtered and treated. Bottled water can be purchased from the retail shop.
  • Mobile Phone: Most mobile phones do work at Eco Beach, depending on your carrier. However, your location in the resort (e.g. down in the valley), inclement weather and certain tides may limit reception.
  • Guests are not encouraged  to bring their own BBQ’s or camp ovens.
  • Swimming: Eco Beach is a safe place to swim, but is not patrolled. Waters contain a rich array of marine life, including humpback whales, dolphins, manta rays, sharks, turtles and the odd transient crocodile during the wet season. The same cautionary measures apply to swimming at Eco Beach as they do at any beach in Australia.
  • Mooring: Please contact Ramada Eco Beach Resort reception at least 24 hours before your arrival to notify them if you are considering bringing your boat. The resort will allocate a mooring subject to availability. Resort staff can launch and retrieve boats up to 6.5m in length from the beach using tractor. There is a $25 charge for this service and must be booked 24 hours prior (prices subject to change without notice).
  • Transport Options:
    • Bus transfer - $45 per person, leaves daily from Broome at 14:30 and departs Eco Beach 09:30. Seats must be booked in advance with Ramada Eco Beach Resort.
    • Private Road Transfers - $320 for up to 4 people each way. These can be scheduled at almost any time of the day for a pick up anywhere in Broome. They require 48hrs notice to organise and can be booked directly with Ramada Eco Beach Resort.
    • Helicopter Transfers - $489 per person each way (minimum of 2 people). Operated between 7am and 5pm daily. Departs from the GA terminal at Broome Airport at times you designate (within operational hours). Contact Ramada Eco Beach Resort for more information.
    • Self Drive – Hire or drive your own car tsunseto Eco Beach (The resort recommends Broome Broome Rentals http://www.broomebroome.com.au). Please be advised that you do not need a 4WD to get to Eco Beach, it is only the last 11km that is a dirt road - this is graded on a monthly basis.

Ramada Resort by Wyndham Seven Mile Beach

**GAS FIRE PLACE: We have recently been advised that the gas fire places in one of the 2 Bed Presidential and one of the 3 Bed Presidential apartments are currently not operational, however the apartments have alternative heating throughout. We are not able to take requests as room allocations are based off the best fit computer system.**

  • Reception operates 7:00am until 11:00pm, 7 days.

  • The resort is situated in a coastal bush setting across from Seven Mile Beach and is home to several species of native wildlife.  
  • Due to the Hobart Airport extending their runway, there have been some road changes, resulting in a shorter route to Ramada Resort Seven Mile Beach and a much faster trip for travellers.  From 10th April 2017, the new travel time is approximately 3 minutes by car, which is fantastic! To get to Ramada Resort Seven Mile Beach from the Airport, exit onto Long Street and turn left at the roundabout onto Gruebar Avenue, continuing to the end, turn right onto Surf Road until you see the Ramada Resort Seven Mile Beach sign on your right.
  • As the resort is more remotely situated, a vehicle is highly recommended. A very limited number of tour operators offer pick-up from the resort. Please consider Travel Club by Wyndham for competitive rates on car hire.
  • Single Beds CAN be joined in all room types, with the exception of 2 bedroom standard and 2 bedroom S/N units.
  • Standard two-bedroom apartments feature only one bathroom with shower over bath. 2 bedroom S/N apartments feature only one bathroom with roll into shower access.
  • Wood-burning fire places are only found in 2 of the resorts Presidential Units and can not be guaranteed for your unit - only requested.
  • The pool, spa and detox box area opens at 8am and closes at 10pm daily.

**NEARBY CONSTRUCTION: We have been advised of a new Hotel being built nearby to our property. Works commenced mid October and during the initial 30 days of the project, we anticipate increased activity in the area due to trucks regularly accessing the site, as well as increased noise and dust levels. The trucks will be making deliveries to the site between 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday. This is in preparation of building.**

**A Credit Card Service Fee of 3.0% in addition to the total amount payable. Please note International Travel Money Cards may not be compatible in Fiji. An ATM is available for cash withdrawals from these cards which also incurs a fee of FJD$15 (as at 3 November 2017). EFTPOS facilities are compatible with Fijian debit cards only.**

  • This Resort is located in a peaceful, remote area of Lepang Beach Bali, just minutes from the world-famous surf break, Keramas, and the graceful white tigers at Bali Safari and Marine Park. Closest City is Semarapura, which is 6km away (approx. 10-15 minute drive). Ubud is 20km away (approx. 45 minute drive), Kuta & Seminyak are 40km away (approx. 1-1.5 hour drive), Amed Beach are 60 km away (approx 1.5 hour) and Ngurah Rai Bali International airport are 36.7 km away (approx 1 hour drive)
  • The resort offers 3 dining options, as well as Room Service, as rooms do not have cooking facilities. Nearest Grocery store is in Gianyar City approximately 20 minute drive away.
  • Airport transfers: Airport transfer is available on request and at extra cost. Please contact the Resort directly to arrange your transfers.

  • This property is located on a remote beach on the south-western Bukit Peninsula of Bali, away from the hustle & bustle of Kuta
  • The Studio Deluxe room type has a shared entry (which is lockable) with 1 Bedroom Grand apartment.
  • The 1-Bedroom Grand has an external staircase leading to the apartment so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
  • A Laundry Service is available through the Resort (charges apply). Apartments do not have own laundry, and there is no communal laundry.
  • ACCESS: All apartments have at least one step leading to them, and some have access only via an external staircase. This may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. CONVENIENCE STORE: The nearest convenience/grocery is store is located a 10 minute drive from the Resort.  PASSPORT & VISA : Please remember a passport with 6 months validity is required to enter Indonesia. No Visa application required.

  • TOURIST TAX: This property requires a tourist tax which is collected from each booking upon checkout. The tax is a maximum 7.5 euros per stay or 1.5 euros per day, per person above 12 year old. This fee is subject to change.
  • RECEPTION HOURS:April 8am to 8pm, May to September 8am to 11pm, October 8am to 8pm, November to March 9am to 6pm
  • STAIR ACCESS: There is one flight of stairs to reach apartment 40 and two flights to reach apartment 53 on the second floor
  • TRANSFERS: The resort transfers are provided by a third party, his name is Francesco and he has a fleet of various size cars and minivans available. Guests can pay directly to the driver with a credit card.
  • The prices for 2-3 persons are as follows: Pisa airport or town is 70 euros one way, Florence airport or town is 130 euros one way, The price for 4 to 6 persons to Pisa and Florence is 20 euros additional
  • Pontedera Casciane Terme train station is 40 euros one way, resort transfers can be booked directly with our reception team by emailing reception@borgodicolleoliresort.com
  • LUGGAGE STORAGE: is offered in the reception building at the entrance of the resort.

  • CAR HIRE: Due to the remote location, we recommend hiring a car to get to Club Wyndham Tuscany, which is two and a half kilometres from the nearest village (Palaia), although Taxis are available to transport within the Tuscan countryside. It’s referred to as ‘Kurabgabe’ and is a contribution to the production and maintenance of the municipal spa facilities. • The spa fee will be calculated according to the number of nights. o € 2.00 Per night for persons over the age of 18 o € 1.00 Children from 6 years until the age of 18 • This obligation does not depend on whether and to what extent facilities are actually used.
