Wyndham is a firm believer that employees should be recognised for their hard work, contribution and success, which is why all Wyndham employees are entitled to a number of employee benefits including career, financial, lifestyle, family and workplace benefits.

Wyndham Employee Rewards and Benefits

Employees and their family and friends have access to discounted room rates across our Asia Pacific hotels and resorts, as well as at the Wyndham Worldwide network of resorts and hotels around the world. Employees also have the opportunity to receive discounts at a variety of stores and restaurants throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Reward and Recognition Program

Wyndham promotes and supports employee recognition via the company-wide reward and recognition program. These include peer-to-peer recognition to acknowledge the great work done everyday and higher accolades honouring the company’s top achievers. Employees who demonstrate outstanding Count On Me! service and consistently go above and beyond in their day-to-day role have the opportunity to be formally recognised for their efforts. These exceptional employees can be rewarded with gift cards, which can be utilised at a number of different stores, and an invitation to attend company trips interstate and overseas to spectacular destinations.

Employee Referral Program

Wyndham considers its employees to be its ambassadors, which is why they are Wyndham's biggest advocates when it comes to recruiting, developing and growing the Wyndham team. The Employee Referral Program was introduced to encourage our employees to recommend their family and friends to work at Wyndham. If you are a family member or friend of an existing employee and think you are the right fit for the Wyndham team, please contact them for further information on this program.

Medical Benefits

Wyndham employees who successfully complete their probationary period have the opportunity to join our preferred suppliers for private medical cover across Australia and New Zealand.

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a professional and confidential counselling service available for employees and their immediate family members. EAP counselling can help employees clarify a problem, identify options and develop action plans to approach difficult issues in a constructive manner. EAP can also provide assistance with conflict, tension, stress, family issues, bereavement, addictions and other personal or work related issues. This service can be provided face-to-face, over the telephone or online. The EAP service also includes managerAssist, which provides strategies, suggestions and options for managers to assist in times of need.

Income Protection Insurance

Wyndham understands the importance of protecting its employees financially if they are unable to work due to illness and/or injury. Therefore, we partner with our preferred superannuation fund (AMP) to offer all eligible employees income protection insurance, which provides financial security and peace of mind.

Paid Parental Leave

To support working parents or primary carers, Wyndham provides company paid parental leave to eligible employees. A regular communication plan is put in place during an employee’s parental leave to ensure a smoother transition back to the workplace.
