How do I apply for a position at Wyndham?

All job applications at Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific need to be submitted online. You can view our current job opportunities and choose the position you would like to apply for. Then, submit complete the application process, attach your resume and tell us why you would love to work for Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific!

The application process includes pre-screening questions that need to be completed when applying online. Please ensure you have completed all of these during the process.

What happens if I don’t have internet access?

If you can’t apply online but have seen one of our jobs advertised and you would like to express your interest formally, please feel free to go into the site/property where the vacancy is and personally hand in your resume and cover letter. If the hiring manager is unavailable to meet you and accept your application then another team member or HR representative will be able to take your application and pass to the hiring manager for consideration.

I’m having issues applying online. What should I do?

How will I know my application has been received?

Once you have completed your application form online, you will receive an automated email acknowledgement confirming your submission. There is a link in this email that you can select if you need to log back into your profile and update anything.

I’ve applied for a role, what next?

Thanks for applying! All online applications will be reviewed by a HR representative and passed through to the hiring manager for further review. Successful candidates will be contacted further and go through the following stages of the recruitment process:

Phone Screen:

If progressed you will be directly contacted for initial phone interview by one of our HR team members or the hiring manager. During this phone interview your work experience, interest in the role and pre-screening questions completed during the application process will be confirmed. 

You will also be provided a brief summary of the role, the property/site, team and details about Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific!

This is a great time to ask any questions you have!

Alternatively you may be progressed through to Video Interview Stage – instructions will be provided on how to log on to the Montage system to record your video interview.


If you are successful during the phone screen/video interview stage you will be progressed to interview stage. There can be up to three rounds of interviews dependant on the role level. During these interviews you will meet with the hiring manager and sometimes other team members or key stakeholders. The interview will involve technical and behavioural-based questioning.

We are looking for both job and personality fit here! Skills can always be taught but personality and attitude can’t. We are looking for driven and passionate candidates displaying hospitable behaviours to align with our company wide service promise to deliver hospitality with heart to our internal and external customers!

Applicant Checks:

The next stage of the process involves contacting your previous managers and supervisors for reference checks. We usually complete two reference checks.

Sometimes a police check and profile testing is also conducted depending on the type of role you are applying for.

Offer and Onboarding:

If you are successful we will offer you the position! Next steps regarding employment contract paperwork, commencement date and onboarding plan will be shared with you at this point!
