What happens next?

Our Wyndham Hotel Group, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific and WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham teams take your concerns seriously and make every attempt to resolve your concerns to your satisfaction within 45 days.  However, if your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 45 days then you can refer the matter to the approved external complaints body:
