DAY 1:

Pick up your rental car and drive to Ramada Resort by Wyndham Rotoura Marama for a 4pm check in.

DAY 2:

DAY 4:

Raft and kayak into the heart of 100% Pure New Zealand with the team at River Rats. Pack your sense of adventure raft across grades two to five, including almighty waterfall drops, rushing rapids, and calm pools of recovery.

DAY 5:

Experience Māori Culture (R) the authentic culture of New Zealand and what makes Te Whakarewarewa such a unique attraction. Be a part of our living legacy as you experience living Māori traditions. Enjoy a geothermally cooked Hangi meal where you can take part in the daily cultural performances, featuring the famous Māori Haka.

DAY 6:

Take a day to immerse yourself in the rich nature that Redwoods regions offers. The treewalk is made up of tree platforms and bridges that are suspended using a technologically designed sling suspended from the redwood trees.  This iconic sight is a one of a kind eco-tourism walk that provides a unique experience for visitors to Rotorua.  

           

DAY 7:

Check out of your resort and drive north 6 hours to Ramada Resort by Wyndham Reia Taipia Beach. Treat this drive like a journey and enjoy all the beautiful sights along the way.

DAY 8:

Visit Kiwi North, home of Whangarei’s Museum, Kiwi House & Heritage Park. It is situated on a 25-hectare historic farm in Maunu, Whangarei, overlooking the harbour and city. The Whangarei Museum was established circa 1890 and its first exhibits were housed in the Municipal Buildings in 1916.

DAY 9:

Go and play golf at the magnificent Waipu Golf Course with panoramic views of Whangarei Heads, the Hen and Chicken Islands, Bream Bay Beach and the South Pacific Ocean. Waipu Golf Club has a number of holes with challenging layouts and a links course that is unique in the area.

DAY 10:

Make your way back to the centre of the Island for your last day before take-off back home.

DAY 1:

Pick up your rental car and drive an hour north to Ramada Resort by Wyndham Wanaka for a 4pm check in.

Located in a spectacular region on New Zealand’s South Island nearby to awe-inspiring natural wonders including Mount Aspiring National Park, Rob Roy Glacier and The Clutha River. This Ramada resort in Wanaka is nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street only a short stroll from Lake Wanaka and within two kilometres from the heart of the village.

DAY 2:

Start your getaway off with a mind boggling adventure to Puzzling World. For over forty-five years Puzzling World has been messing with people’s heads no matter what age, nationality or experience. With a mix of bizarre buildings, rooms of illusion and the world-famous Great Maze this attraction is designed to baffle your brain and challenge your perceptions of reality.

Wine and dine yourself at the Big Fig restaurant where slow food, served fast on the Wanaka lakefront. Slow-cooked lamb shawarma, big-flavour meatballs, spiced-up free-range rotisserie chickens, hot veggie dishes, super tasty salads, fresh out of the oven pittas and more Middle Eastern-inspired deliciousness. Everything can be eaten in or taken away.

DAY 3:

Take in breathtaking views over Lake Wanaka, Mount Aspiring/Tititea and surrounding peaks after a steep climb through alpine meadows and tussock grasslands to the summit. This is a popular track and one of our best day hikes.

After the steep climb, come down and treat yourself to some well-deserved, delicious sweet treats from Patagonia Chocolates. Enjoy a mouth-watering dessert or award-winning ice cream and indulge in a true chocolate haven with over 70 handcrafted products in the range of chocolates.

           

DAY 4:

Wanaka is one of the most photographed destinations in New Zealand with outstanding natural beauty and clear beautiful light at any time of the year. Don’t just visit Lake Wanaka, take a Photography Tour and take home the ultimate souvenirs!

DAY 5:

Today you will cheers many times to a great vacation as you tour across Wanaka tasting all the great wines of the region. Wanaka Wine is the original wine touring company in and around Wanaka. Taking you to the best places to sample award winning wines and to hear the local stories.

DAY 6:

Free day to explore the charming streets of Wanaka. Vist the many boutique stores stocking iconic international and New Zealand brands such as Zambesi, Deadly Ponies, Mons Royale, Perriam and Karen Walker. All which sit alongside, art galleries, adventure equipment suppliers, as well as the more traditional services like banks, pharmacies and supermarkets.

DAY 7:

Check out by 11.30am and venture back to Queenstown for take-off. Queenstown is another spectacular city, make sure to explore the region before heading home to reality!
